TS Standard Service
The STANDARD Service is a time framed contract relation desgined for customers of SOHO - medium enterprise who need basic technical support to cope with emergency situations. Although having their own team of IT experts for certain areas of technology, do need some emergency expert advice concerning other technologies used in their networks.

Documentation
We create and maintain system diagram and documentation. Collect and manage computer and other IT peripherals assets. In maintaining system diagram and documentation, a coordination between the customer and iService to share information each other would help this progress and to keep all information up-to-date.

Preventive Maintenance
We perform preventive maintenance (PM) to servers and clients. PM covers inspection to the event logs, resource usage againts capacity, environment (temperature, humidity, dustiness, vibrations, power supply). There are schedules down for maintenance where our technician will physically clean-up and remove dusts inside the server machine. The Preventive Maintenance service includes preventive inspections and basic maintenance of devices. By regular preventive maintenance, the period of reliable operation can be extended to protect the customers' investment in the new hardware. PM includes software updates, install patch, and backups.
Technical Support Assistance
We support customer whenever or changes is require such as new user registration (login, e-mail, profiles), new software setup, etc. In the event when problem occurs, end-user can contact us directly to get assistance. We helped our customers by phone, remote-assistance and if still unsuccessful, we will send technical support within promised time of arrival. Major changes in the information system configuration can also be carried out at the customer's request or new technologies and technical solutions tested using a prototype model. The benefits this service brings to the customer include fast access to the expert assistance and know-how.
