iService can provide manpower as technical support or helpdesk or even specialists. It is a solution to corporate to ensure manpower experts and availability. It also helps organization to reduce overhead costs.
The differential of iService and other ordinary head hunters is we provide backup manpower. Whenever the assigned manpower is not available for some reason, within a short period of time we will send temporary replacement. Sometime when problem occurs, the assigned technical support may not be able to do the work alone, when this situation happens, we will send backups. |
The STANDARD Service is a time framed contract relation desgined for customers of SOHO - medium enterprise who need basic technical support to cope with emergency situations. Although having their own team of IT experts for certain areas of technology, do need some emergency expert advice concerning other technologies used in their networks.
Documentation We create and maintain system diagram and documentation. Collect and manage computer and other IT peripherals assets. In maintaining system diagram and documentation, a coordination between the customer and iService to share information each other would help this progress and to keep all information up-to-date.
Preventive Maintenance We perform preventive maintenance (PM) to servers and clients. PM covers inspection to the event logs, resource usage againts capacity, environment (temperature, humidity, dustiness, vibrations, power supply). There are schedules down for maintenance where our technician will physically clean-up and remove dusts inside the server machine. The Preventive Maintenance service includes preventive inspections and basic maintenance of devices. By regular preventive maintenance, the period of reliable operation can be extended to protect the customers' investment in the new hardware. PM includes software updates, install patch, and backups.

The BASIC Services are designed for customers of the small office/home office (SOHO)who only need basic technical support to cope with emergency situations or those that.
There are two options for BASIC Services.
BASIC On Call Our technical support will visit customer site based on on-call basis. There will be time of arrival negotiation. The technical support will perform basic support such as computer error troubleshooting, installation or uninstallation of software, configuring SOHO hardware, data backup, and network troubleshooting.
BASIC Solido BASIC Solido is a short-term contract basis service that we offer to the customer with limited support and time-frame. It is a solution for customers who has project and require technical support. What we do is the same as BASIC On Call except we provide higher response time. |
